Jack Madsen, D.D.S., M.S.

Dr. Madsen is a native to the Twin Cities area and is very excited to be returning to pursue his career with Twin Cities Periodontics. He is passionate about ensuring he is on top of the newest technology and techniques within Dentistry and Periodontics. His approach to dentistry reflects the core values emphasized during his training at Mayo Clinic, most importantly, that the needs of the patient come first.

Dr. Madsen was drawn to the specialty of Periodontics because of the unique combination of surgical precision, biologic understanding, and the ability to restore oral health, esthetics and function. He enjoys working closely with patients to educate them about their unique situation and develop individualized treatment plans that support both their oral and overall systemic health.

During his specialty training, Dr. Madsen gained extensive experience treating medically complex patients and managing a wide spectrum of periodontal and implant-related conditions. His training included an array of surgical procedures in periodontics and other broader oral surgery-related therapies, allowing him to provide comprehensive care for patients with diverse clinical needs.

Clinical Training
During his residency training at Mayo Clinic, Dr. Madsen worked extensively with medically complex patients and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. This experience provided him with advanced training in the surgical, anesthesia and medical management of periodontal disease and implant therapy, while emphasizing the importance of patient-centered care and collaboration across the many medical specialties at Mayo Clinic.

PERSONAL

Outside of the office, Dr. Madsen enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and exploring the outdoors. While outside of work you can find him enjoying the lakes during the Summer, hunting/fishing, cheering on Minnesota sports teams, snowboarding or traveling to new places around the world.
