ANTHONY J. SKINNER, D.D.S
Dr. Skinner believes that excellence in patient care can only come through commitment to education and clinical excellence. While he has specialized in periodontics, his training, education and skills show a wide breadth of knowledge and ability. In this way he can provide the highest quality of care to you.

NICHOLAS LOWE, D.D.S
Dr. Lowe believes that exceptional clinical and esthetic outcomes come from true dedication to his patients. Utilizing his knowledge of the most current research and techniques in periodontics and dental implantology, Dr. Lowe has become a valuable addition to our practice. One of his strong points is his philosophy of empowering patients through education and instruction.

SHAHIR MALEK, B.D.S, M.S.D.
Dr. Malek believes that staying on the forefront of dentistry and working closely with his patients are the keys to providing them with exceptional periodontal and dental implant care. Every year he goes well beyond the continuing education requirements of Minnesota, to ensure he knows the latest techniques in both periodontics and dental implants.

KATHERINE SMITH, D.D.S., M.S.
Dr. Smith knew from an early age that she wanted to pursue a dental career. With dentistry, Dr. Smith gets to have the time and energy to devote to her family, while still pursuing her passion to serve and care for others. Dr. Smith was drawn to Periodontics, in particular, because of the surgical and artistic aspect of it, as well as the fact that it is very evidence-based. She is committed to educating patients and helping them to achieve their oral and systemic health goals.
HATEM ALASSY, D.D.S., M.S.
Dr. Alassy earned his master’s degree and advanced specialty training in periodontology and implant surgery from the University of Minnesota in 2021. He authored multiple publications with an emphasis on peri-implant diseases. Dr. Alassy is a periodontist trained in implant surgery, soft tissue grafting, pocket reduction surgery, ridge augmentation, sinus augmentation, All-on-X and conscious sedation.
JACK MADSEN, D.D.S., M.S.
Dr. Madsen is a native to the Twin Cities area and is very excited to be returning to pursue his career with Twin Cities Periodontics. He is passionate about ensuring he is on top of the newest technology and techniques within Dentistry and Periodontics. His approach to dentistry reflects the core values emphasized during his training at Mayo Clinic, most importantly, that the needs of the patient come first.
